What’s with the not installing?

Maybe I can get a response this way. I’ve purchased PRO but it’s not on my machine. When I go to the APP store I get to OPEN the app but can’t download it.

This is VERY ANNOYING!
How do I get to download it so that I can simply run it on my MAC?
