Good, but could use a little more automatization

I would like to see
- automatic progression of work and pause times, instead of the annoying pop-up notifications
- integration with iCalendar or G Calendar
- integration with todoist
- allowing more work and pause time selection
- a more dynamic updating of the app (same version since April 2015?)

Apart from this, good overall, unobtrusive and simple to use.
